Carmalized Banana Cake

Hi, I am Seema, a passionate cook exploring different cuisines, fusion dishes, and cooking techniques. Cooking is ongoing learning and the more you learn the better the dish is.

It's also an art where you share the knowledge you have learned which helps you grow your confidence. My cooking journey started when I was 8 years old with my grandmother while I used to help her with cooking. She experimented a lot with herbs and spices. I loved all the recipes she cooked and I learned so much from her. She also taught me the nuances of traditional cooking.

I want to share the old tricks and recipes through this blog of mine and hope you all will support me.

Today I am sharing a beautiful and simple recepie from my home kitchen. A carmelized banana cake.

Tips and tricks

•  Adding oil helps to keep the butter from burning. The oil lends a higher smoke point, so the butter doesn't burn, and the butter lends flavor.

•   Grease your cake tin with powdered sugar gives the sides and bottom of the cake a pleasant sugary crunch, a little something extra that will make your cake tasty and smells good.

Thank you
