Pizza fritters

Ingredients
1 small potatoes (grated)
• Increase heat to medium flame.
• Use a tablespoon to put tablespoonfuls of batter into the oil.
• Drain on paper towels, transfer in serving plate and grated some cheese on top serve with sauce. Enjoy

1 small capsicum ( finely chopped)
1 tbsp Jalapenos (chopped)
2 tsp pizza seasoning
1 tsp chilly flakes
A pinch of black pepper
Salt to taste
A pinch of baking soda
1/2 cup gram flour (Besan, 80gram)
Water as needed ( because we are grated potatoes ,so potatoes has it's own strach)
1/2 cup cheese
oil (as needed for deep frying)
Method
• Pour the oil in your deep fryer/wok and heat on low flame.
• Chop the capsicum, grate all potato, chopped onions jalapenos combine in a mixing bowl.
• Add the pizza seasoning, salt, chilly flakes, baking soda and gram flour. Mix together.

• Fry until golden brown and crispy, turning as needed to cook evenly.
• Drain on paper towels, transfer in serving plate and grated some cheese on top serve with sauce. Enjoy
