Sweet Potatoes Cutlet

250gm boiled sweet potatoes
2tbsp maida ( you can use cornflour also)
1tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste (I used pink salt)
1tsp Chaat masala
Oil for frying
Tamarind chutney
20gram tamarind
2tbsp spring onions (finely chopped)
1 green chilly (finely chopped)
Method
• In a small size bowl take a 1cup water and 20gm tamarind and soaked in water and keep aside.
• In a bowl, mash the boiled sweet potatoes tender add salt, red chilly powder, chaat masala and maida. Mix it well.
• Seive it with strain in a fresh bowl, add some more water in it then add finely chopped spring onions, chopped green chilles and pink salt mix it well and serve with sweet potatoes cutlets .

Method

• Take that soaked tamarind squeeze it properly so that all its juice comes out.
• Seive it with strain in a fresh bowl, add some more water in it then add finely chopped spring onions, chopped green chilles and pink salt mix it well and serve with sweet potatoes cutlets .
